Refund Policy
All payments made for our subscription plans are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, or for any unused time on your account.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. While our policy is to not provide refunds, we may assess certain refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions are at the sole discretion of Goofybag Online Pvt Ltd. and do not guarantee a refund.
